About ROC
Robert Owen Communities (ROC) is a charity that works with people with learning disabilities, and their circles of support, across Devon and Cornwall.
ROC has been operating for over 20 years. It offers a range of services including

- specialist and independent supported living
- health and creative activities
- social activities
- work and learning opportunities
