ROC Welcome will give you a personalised introduction to our charity.

It is designed to meet your specific needs and may include:

• An initial meeting to understand your needs and interests
• A visit to relevant ROC services
• Meetings with key staff and existing users of our services
• 'Try it out' days
• A follow up with your care manager
