ROC supports me where I live - I spend a day each week keeping up with house jobs. I travel and shop independently in places I know well. This includes going to ROC's head office where I work one day a week. On other days I work at ROC's farm and go to ROC Creative. Here, I like to play the drum for the ROC Samba Band. We have played a lot of gigs. One was at Stamford Bridge - Chelsea's football ground.

Last year I took part in Flashpoint - a performance of dance and music put together by ROC Creative at the Palace Theatre in Paignton."
