Working with a caseload of people you will engage in the delivery of information, advice and guidance through an ongoing person centre planning process. Taking an active part in the staff rota you will work to enable customers to achieve their aims, and co-ordinate and supervise other ROC staff to enable those people in your case load. You will support customers to make use of skills training and co-ordinate achievement of this and other goals alongside staff in Work and Wellbeing/Accommodation services. When required you will act up as Personalisation Manager in respect of issues related to your caseload.
