Support Worker Supported Living
Purpose:
To provide personalised support to adults with a learning disability to empower, enrich and enable independence according to their needs.

Contract:
Perm. 17.75 hours per week.
Pay:
£13,515.74 to £14,570.84 per annum pro rata depending on qualifications and experience
