Radfords 21st Anniversary

Friday, November 04 Saturday 5th November marks the 21st first anniversary of the first group of residents moving into ROC's first registered home, Radfords. Last year, ROC celebrated its 20th Anniversary with a ball attended, amongst other dignitaries, by David Dimbleby, the charity's president.
