Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions set out how the Robert Owen Communities (ROC) website, www.roc-uk.org, is managed, how visitors are protected, and what limitations are placed on the content and links in the site.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you should leave the site immediately.

Acceptance
Accessing and using the www.roc-uk.org site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The ROC logo is a registered trademark (www.ipo.gov.uk). ROC’s permission must be sought before it can be used. ROC reserves the right to withhold such permission, in order to not be seen to endorse opinions, information, products or services inappropriately.

Privacy & Data Protection
The web server will log only the IP address of public visitors with anonymous access to www.roc-uk.org.

ROC will only collect personal information expressly volunteered by visitors, through online forms, surveys or similar. ROC will only retain and use such information for the purpose for which it was given, and will not include it in any content or reports, or share it with other organisations, without the express permission of the owner. A confirmation of the accuracy of such information shall be requested at least annually, or the information shall be deleted, since ROC cannot guarantee the accuracy of any such information over time. ROC will not disclose any personally identifiable information without the express permission of the owner. ROC does not routinely use cookies for collecting user information and will not collect any information about visitors without their permission, excepting administrative information needed by the server. Any system on www.roc-uk.org that requires the use of cookies will state clearly that this is the case.

ROC is the sole owner of information collected via www.roc-uk.org and will not sell, share or lend such information to third parties.
